At present, transportation companies face the following challenges:
If this is not relevant to your company, we respect your time and do not recommend reading the solution provided below.
To address this situation, young drivers are hired, often with no experience and significant knowledge gaps. Companies try to solve this by creating training departments, which are usually expensive (instructors need to be paid and provided with work equipment).
To reduce costs, we offer the possibility to use modern technologies and traditional, proven methods.
This program is modular. A general knowledge check allows the driver’s knowledge and experience level to be assessed in a short time, while other tests help improve the driver’s knowledge in modules relevant to you. When a driver comes to complete documents and is waiting in line, you can run the computer program for them to answer the test and then review their mistakes. This also helps drivers become accustomed to taking tests, reducing stress, and performing better in Western European logistics warehouses.

Some questions are illustrated with pictures or photos. The questions are designed in such a way that no literature is needed to answer, though they are not too simple. The program limits the answering time (1 question – 1 minute). Afterward, it provides statistics, allows drivers to review mistakes, and suggests relevant literature. For Russian speakers, questions are translated into Russian, though only part of the literature is available in Russian. However, this does not reduce the program’s usability. Specific questions can also be added to the program.
If interested, the program will be installed for a 1-month trial period. The regular price is 3 euros per day, calculated on the assumption that there are 240 working days in a year. It’s the cost of just one cup of coffee per day, but negotiations are still possible. Note, however, that short-term rental of the program is more expensive. Invoices can be issued upon request.
This program will significantly ease the work of your instructors, and if there are none, it will still improve driver knowledge. This way, your drivers’ professionalism will meet the requirements of drivers in large companies.
We also have a program for transportation managers.
In a printed version, there is a driver’s handbook that provides recommendations on how to fill out the CMR consignment note, accident declaration, details of foreign countries, TIR filling, work and rest times, and other information, including the translation of some words into English and German (140 pages). This information has been condensed into separate double-sided laminated sheets:
1. Work and rest times.
2. CMR filling.
3. Accident declaration filling.
4. Cargo securing schemes (2 sheets).
5. ADR written instructions (2 sheets).
The laminated sheets are also translated into Ukrainian/Russian. The driver’s handbook is currently being translated.
